Documentation Engineering Achievements

Scale at a glance

ScopeEvidence
Documentation leadershipLed a team of four documentation engineers in a 100+ product environment; led a 16-person documentation organization supporting 46 products.
Product documentationMaintained 80%+ coverage across a 98-launch initiative and supported 20 user-facing launches through May 2026.
Content governanceStandardized 139+ high-traffic pages and built a 234-page freshness-tracking system.
Migrations and operationsLed 101 migrations, reduced migrated volume by 59%, and built reporting for 400+ products.

Cross-functional documentation engineering

I partner across product, engineering, recruiting operations, and leadership to translate complex workflows into usable documentation. That work includes in-product help-link migrations, product-change documentation, content governance, and structured review processes.

I built and maintained internal tooling around content review, change monitoring, governance, and repeated documentation tasks. The standard remains practical: validate the manual process first, then automate work with clear, repeatable value.

Analytics and reporting

Built centralized tracking for 400+ products and seven automated Tableau dashboards to improve documentation visibility. This work also included SQL-backed documentation-health metrics, Excel and Power Query workflows, and reporting for a documentation organization of roughly 45 people.

Documentation systems and structure

Onboarded acquired products into established documentation practices, supported DITA/XML adoption, and led 101 migrations that reduced migrated page volume by 59%, from 1,157 pages to 469 pages.

Mentoring and team development

Led and mentored documentation professionals across multiple roles, contributed to internship development, and supported quality through coaching, editing, and repeatable standards—not only individual page review.
