Documentation leadership at scale​

  • Led a team of 4 Documentation Engineers at Meta supporting documentation for more than 100 products in the Enterprise Engineering organization.
  • Managed a remote team of 11 professionals at Jack Henry delivering help content for 46 products on a fixed schedule.
  • Helped maintain documentation quality, consistency, and delivery across large and varied product sets.

Documentation engineering and cross-functional support​

  • Currently create and optimize documentation for Meta’s in-house Recruiting Management Software, supporting the hiring lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner closely with product managers, software engineers, recruiters, coordinators, directors, HR, Global Recruiting, Mission Control, and People teams.
  • Translate complex technical and operational workflows into clear, usable documentation for internal audiences.

Analytics and reporting​

  • Implemented documentation metrics and analytics using Tableau at Meta.
  • Built an automated documentation analytics system using Tableau and SharePoint at Jack Henry.
  • Used advanced Excel skills and large data sets to streamline processes, improve visibility, and support documentation operations.

Documentation systems and structure​

  • Helped onboard acquired products into established documentation practices while balancing style, workflow, and team needs.
  • Helped drive adoption of DITA and XML to improve documentation systems and team productivity.
  • Worked repeatedly at the boundary between content quality, structure, process, and maintainability.

Mentoring and team development​

  • Led and mentored documentation professionals across multiple roles.
  • Contributed to internship development through training and mentorship earlier in my career.
  • Supported documentation quality through coaching, editing, and repeatable standards, not just individual page review.
